100k is "extreme poor" figure in Kerala. And it is this poor that is visible on the streets. Don't try to shadow it by just quoting 0.4%, as a rule, % of how much, must all be written. - Otherwise the US has poor everywhere on the streets of Sanfran or NYC along with poop and filth, but as a % that is 12% against 30% in India, doesn't mean you won't see them in a bigger size US or say that they are all immigrants ! - Don't get yourself fooled by Paniyaran like Kennedy fooled the Americans.

Every big temple is standing firmly in south but where is temples in north gone? They have their reason so don't come to conclusion by seeing it on one side vision. It's not good. For example why Palestine and Israel fighting each other because their history is bloody hell same way north India history is also bloody hell. None of us never see the side which they gone through. Absolute nonsense. In democratic India, the right wing acted as crusaders and demolished mosques. If a dialogue showing this same concern was put up, Muslims would have given their lands. - They are ready to do this in Varanasi too. But, again they wish it should be in democratic way by dialogue, instead of hate spewed demolition. - Crusaders were Monarch ages, Muslims who sympathized with them, left after bifurcation. But the ones who stayed & call themselves as Indians, believed in the future of constitution based India, not to be dealt in an indignified manner. - Plz come out of this stupid Right Wing baseless content of knowledge and distorted history. Cows were revered as sacred in both southern and northern India at the start of the Śramaṇa movement around 2,700 years ago. The importance of cows only declined due to colonization, Islamic influence in the north, and migration to the Gulf in southern India. King Manuneethi Cholan of the Chola dynasty even executed his own son for killing a cow.You should also look into early documents on Kerala by European travelers. A French traveler noted a striking aspect of local culinary practices, stating: "The Pulayas, considered the poorest class in Malabar, led a life of extreme poverty, often surviving on scraps and leftovers. But despite this, they refused to eat cows" (source: Histoire universelle, depuis le commencement du monde).Even today, there’s a tribe in Munnar, I believe in Marayoor, that still refuses to eat cow meat. Violating this taboo can get you banned from their community. In the USA, cows are commonly eaten, while in many parts of India, cows are sacred. Similarly, in the USA, They love dogs, whereas in some Indian states, dogs are eaten. Every culture has its own practices and values,

Manu Neethi Cholan didn't executed his son because he killed a COW. He executed him because the son someone else's (A Cow) child (A Calf) and The Mother Cow complained about this to the king. As punishment on himself, King executed his son so that he should also live with the pain of lossing Son. Even if the prince killed a chicks, King will give same verdict. noting to do with cow.

Cows are revered as mother in most of the Hindi speaking belt and states in the middle from Odisha to Gujarat. Cows are as respected as much as any other milk producing animals in all other parts of India. In the East of India and South Hindus/ Muslims/ Christians have no aversion for eating beef unless it hurts the sentiments of colleagues. The streets of major cities like Mumbai/ Gujarat and North have cows that are beyond milk producing age let loose. As these cows are not normally fed well, they can be found eating trash in lanes of bazaars. If it was really revered as mothers, it would have been taken home or a stable provided.
@Kalki0025Ай бұрын
@@susant5175 In South India, eating cow meat is a recent trend among Hindus. This change has increased because of migration to the Gulf and influences from Christianity and Islam. Some Adivasi tribes have even banned cow meat. Today, most people in the South mainly eat buffalo meat. Cows used to be treated like family members in Kerala and Andhra Pradesh, but this has changed over the last 60 years.

Not only Catholics there are different types of Christians in Kerala. Other Major type of Christian, s are Syrian Orthadox or Syrian Jacobite Christian, s (which uses west syriac in their prayer's )belongs to Oriental Orthadox Christian family which was not present in Europe until recent migration, s happened from middle east. The Catholic church which you visit comes under syro malabar Catholic church uses east syriac litrurgy which is totally different from the latin litrurgy used by Catholics in western Europe.As per belief Christianity was started by St thomas in ad 52 in Kerala which was one of the trading hub at that time . Kerala has Jewish Presence's at that time itself.But we don't have a solid proof weather St Thomas came in Kerala or not. But between 3rd and 5 th century there are proof that christianity was established in india.These christians were under Church of the east centered in Iraq which uses east syriac litrurgy. The Importance's of this Syriac language is it is a dialect of Aramaya language which jesus Christ used to spoke. In Christianity there are mainly three type of Litrurgycal traditions are their 1)latin litrurgy 2)Greek litrurgy 3)Syriac litrurgy.The 3rd litrugical tradition is present now a day's in Kerala and some middle eastern counties only. Actually Porchughese brought Catholic church to Kerala in 15 th century . They try to impose latin litrurgy to Kerala Christian, s When a syrian orthadox bishop named ahntulla was killed by porchughese in chennai while he was comming to Kerala,which eventually ends in the split of church. rejected Catholic belief and joined Syrian Orthadox Church centered in syria.. To bring them back vatican itself takes initiative and made negotiations. At last Vatican tells that you can continue in Catholic church by following syriac traditions. Those who rejected joined Syriac orthadox church.. Kerala Christian, s have their own traditional dressing style, artform, s etc which are totaly keralite in culture.

It belongs to the Malankara Jacobite Syriac Orthodox Church.Nadamel Church was founded in the 12th Century(even centuries before the arrival of Porchughese )on land donated by Valamthuruthy Bhattathiri the King of Kochi. The Archetecture of this church is a fusion of Kerala Archetecture and Church Archetecture..Nadamel church was patronised by the Cochin royal family. Whenever a new heir ascended the throne (on the 11th day after the demise of the departed monarch) he would make an offering called sharkara thattu veypu in person at the church. It was customary for the Royal Highnesses of Cochin to meet the bishops and leaders of the Syrian Christian community at the church building to the south of this church.

For most of Indians (most as population is huge) this country could be heaven as their life is sustaining well, and for more than most they don't have time to think how does rest of world look like, and they think world is meant for survival, earning and catering to hunger is enough. Beef has never been completely banned in India.. Cow slaughter has been banned by some state governments only in some states.. As a Hindu family living in Kerala, my family and I are beef eaters.. In Kerala, 90% of people irrespective of caste and religion eat beef.. Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Goa, Andhra Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, West Bengal and other North East states have easy access to beef and have a large number of beef eaters... Moreover, India has the first position among the countries that export the most beef in the world

Your question is very malicious and it doesn't seem to be an organized question You are indirectly trying to separate these things Hindu Muslim Christian under the guise of vlogging. It is true that in a country of such size and population there will naturally be some problems But India does not have the conflict and religious discrimination that exists in Europe now.

Hi, Main problem in india is less job opportunities india is running in welfare if western countries companies left there will no jobs. Only few indian comapnies are there. So everyone directly or indirectly involved in politics. There is no real upper caste upper caste people left india since there is less caste reservation. Only lower class people in india. The goverment need to remove caste base reservation. Why non hindu people are not allowed because they disrespect temple by eatibg non veg in temple.

There are some factual inaccuracies in your video. 1. " Only some hindu temples allow everyone " - actually 99.9% hindu temples allow everyone. Only very few famous ones have some restrictions. 2. " Homelessness is amplified by caste system. 80% of the homeless are from scheduled, backward castes" - actually scheduled backward castes together constitute 70-80% of indian population. So nothing caste discrimination has to do with homelessness. In fact, govt has free homing scheme for homeless people. Many people you see on streets may not be all homeless, they may have the homes in villages but they come to towns and cities for low paying labour jobs. -India has caste/religion/linguistic(ethinic)/political divisions. But mostly we all live together. - Kerala is not all india. Also, you sound condescending in this video. Anyways, Wishing you good luck and thank you for visiting india.

You should not compare with Christians, Muslims in India to Hindus in India. You have to compare to their origin countries to India, like Saudi Arabia for Muslims, Vatican for Christians, and Israel for Jews. These countries none of them have secular or none of them have Hindu temple; most of them banned Hindu worship. Saudi Arabia banned idol and Hindu worship. Non-Muslims are not allowed to enter the holy city of Mecca. Non-Christians can't live in Vatican. While India, Nepal, Mauritius have secular democracies. India has more than 600,000 active mosques, a number which is more than most Islamic nations, and India also has 28,000 churches despite being Hindu majority and Hinduism originated country. While none of these countries I mentioned above have a single Hindu temple. Hindu temples in India have historical and mythological significance just the same as Saudi Arabia for Muslims or Vatican for Christians, so they're not tourist spots.

I wish I could sit with you and talk about complexity of india with cup of tea. I know mostly foreigners don't know much about india and indian history. There are so many bad experiences that indians had with foreigners in history. There was a time before 8th century North india was as developed as south india culturally and economically. I'm from Rajasthan, if you visit my state you will see small forts at every 2-3 kilometres to save the life of villagers. We have desert and mountains on the 70+ % part of entire rajasthan, we had low population and there was a time when there was crisis in rajasthan regarding numbers of males, most males were fighting in wars and dying there. Haryana state was mostly a battle ground for indian kings and invaders. People of North india went through a lot while South India was peaceful and had chance to grow. Even Britishers also made sure that north india keep suffering. In 1870 there was an act passed by Britishers called criminal tribes act CTA, In this act Britishers declared communities born criminals. No matter who commits crime, the punishment will be given to mostly these communities. These kind of things we north indians faced. I hope one day people will know our side of story also.
