For example, the word is pronounced as "U" (you) but used as "uh" - Umbrella, unknown, unnecessary unless its "Uni" (You-nee) - Universe, Union, University. Its also why, The Indian Sookh'dhip, in the west becomes SuckhDip and written as Sukhdeep.

People from cultures where hard work, thrift, and education are valued always vote conservatively. So a lot of Indians and Chinese vote this way. People from cultures that don’t place as much emphasis on these things vote more to the left. Most immigrants are usually conservative than local born people who are more likely to vote to the left.

I enjoyed the comedy. But why does everyone thinks that US is obligated to give residency permits or citizenships to anyone who wants it. American belongs to Americans, and it is their prerogative to allow who gets into their country. I am myself an Indian immigrant to US.

India is a country where even illiterates can speak English very fluently = someone with little proficiency in English ruled us between 1700-1900 - and this mostly applies to most subcontinent - and many people of subcontinent make it here. Spelling bee - Indian parenting took it to next level - thanks to Balu Natarajan and NSF (north south foundation) - which made it easy for Indians. One was inspiration and the other helped to persist

Lol sadly we indians don’t have a common national language and hence keep fighting amongst ourselves(hindi, telugu, tamil, kannada, bengali etc etc). Only common language we all could accept is the foreign language English. So obviously we are kinda good at it compared to other nationalities who have a single national language & for them English is what it is(a foreign language)

To me, Indians will never take over America (US). Indians may defend and protect America, but will not take over it. Because, the secular ideology is within its blood (respecting others, every cultures, every faiths, its neighbors, environments with humble hospitality)
