Because you only had time to visit the slums and not the actual nature and wonders. For example the eastern states especially Asam and such. The beauty and the smell of the nature is soothing. And they are very clean and not dirty at all. Other eastern states are like that too. Also same goes with most northern states as well(except delhi because of the pollution). Southern states are good too. It's only the Western part of the country that is mostly dirty and smelly. And it's only slums that are awfully awful and very bad. Other western states are still clean and not that bad to visit. For example Rajasthan or Goa. Man i commend your talent for only seeing and visiting the bad sides of countries. My Indian housemate used to wash his bottom with water and made the entire bathroom wet. Then we told him not to, then suddenly from the next day, the entire house started to stink like poop. Later we found out that he started to wipe with tissue, but instead of flushing them, he used to keep those wiped tissues in the trashcan under the basin, under the kitchen sink, trashcan in his room, literally everywhere in the house. God knows why. These people are unreal.

Bhai I recently experienced racism by a Canadian at a beach near Surrey.. I was there with my wife and out of the blue a white guy walked past and gave us the finger for no reason. Now a days even the homeless and drug addicts in Vancouver are targeting Indians.. like talking trash Abt us literally abusing using racial slurs against Hindus and Indians. It's disturbing as most indians try our best to assimilate with their culture and follow the rules yet we have to face this. Although I never hear them openly abuse the illegal immigrants or for that matter the Muslims. And now I have learned why this is the case... As they either end up getting beat up or the cops round them up and then due to Social media pressure they lose their jobs. But this same behavior goes unchecked when it's Indians. You are so right when you stress on the fact that there is a difference between immigrating and just being a tourist. When you immigrate, you should take more care to adapt. Here in Sweden too, we have the same problems, but with Arabs. They don't want to adapt to Swedish ways. Plus, of course mass migration (the sheer numbers) itself has had other major consequences. That is why the country is shutting its doors now, a u-turn on immigration. I only see Canada being 10 years behind Europe when it comes to anti-migration sentiment. There is a huge misunderstanding going on ...the point of pooping on the beaches or in public parks.. has always been there ..but very rarely.. this is because of some home less people..although this is rare.. as there are many public toilets that govt has provided in parks and other places ...but unfortunately some of the home less people are also drug users. so in such a state they may not be in a position to go to the nearest toilet so they relieve in the nearest possible area. this is a sad situation ..
