I think meerab indirectly did promise murtasim to never meet rohail when she said "mar jaana waada krne se jyada aasaan hota hai ..." hence she didn't jump. Yes she was a lil hurt bcz she never expected murtasim to ask her to jump from the rooftop in order to prove her innocence (which was a little too extreme imo too).

Meerab 100% knows murtasim doesn't loves haya and loves/likes her instead Also whenever he was caught with haya he made sure that meerab knows that he he only loves and care for her & let haya know that meerab is her wife giving her a sense of security. while on other hand murtasim doesn't even know that even meerab loves her or not, she never expressed it to him.. so it's common that murtasim will think meerab has a thing for rohail. Meerab could've given the same sense of security to murtasim but she didn't. I wouldn't say his reaction was normal but it was justified. Also I think it's pretty dumb of her to tell rohail that this is a contract Marriage,which made him want her more it likes she wants the attention now imagine murtasim knowing that she told their secret to her "obsessed lover".

It was obvious for meerab that rohail loves her. now out of all the things that had happened to her she choose to told a thing so personal and sensitive to a guy who JUST PURPOSED HER?? he clearly wasn't a friend, he had already declared that he loves her and always had. IN every episode murtasim supported and cared for meerab and SHE? She never EVEN cared for him. Murtasim always had to face embarrassment due to her. Murtasim supported meerab at every step, SHE DIDN'T. so it's obvious to meerab that murtasim loves and care for her. While on there hand murtasim has always been let down by her. A relationship is established ON TRUST WHICH MURTASIM DID ON HIS SIDE BUT MEERAB DIDN'T. Definitely not saying his reaction is normal but is justified. And he never questioned on meerab character infront of rohail lol he didn't even told it to her parents thats how he's considerate. Even the drama is about women power but clearly the character meerab is to dumb to portrayed like a "woman power figure"

Loved your reaction guys ♥️ In my opinion, Meerub was right in her place in being angry with Murtasim after he asked her to promise him becoz Murtasim was showing no trust to her at all. Also, he casually asked her to jump off the terrace as if it was no big deal. No matter how many times Meerub has caught Murtasim with Haya, Meerub still trusted him at the end but in this case Murtasim took it too far. Just imagine questioning a self esteemed girl like Meerub about her character, that's how she would respond. Also, the promise part- she chose to live with her self respect, by fulfilling the promise rather than die like a coward who couldn't stand for herself. I understand that Murtasim was hurt, and angry but still after all her efforts he still asked her prove her loyalty. Like seriously, which sane person would ask someone to jump off the terrace? That jump scene from Murtasim made absolutely no sense to me just like the slap scene few episodes ago. Both Murtasim and Meerub are flawed but the writer seems to be indulged so much into hailing Murtasim among the audience, Meerub's character is being sidelined. That's why even the audience has developed such ignorance towards Meerub in some way that no matter what happens, whatever efforts she puts, she's being judged for her actions while Murtasim's flaws are just hidden under the sympathy/love he gets from the audience. Even here, she is trying to mend things, we can see alot of progress in her behavior with Murtasim, but sadly it's not being discussed or recognized becoz as usual, audience are much focused on how Murtasim feels/how perfect he is Anyways, waiting eagerly for the next reaction from you guys. Ps: Loved that into, it was unique and funny as always 🤣

The point of the jump scene and the slap scene was to highlight Meerub's self esteem and pain respectively. Just like the writer downgrades Meerub's character to show up Murtasim, the writer did the same to Murtasim here. Also Murtasim has a temper which is a problem. But his character was introduced by putting forth his anger issues, so it is not exactly hidden. So him asking her to jump was said out of anger, that does not make it right but it is not exactly him asking her to actually jump to prove her loyalty. What he actually wanted was the promise and some assurance. Also Meerub did not trust HIM after the village fiasco, she trusted Haya.

A little surprised that you guys weren't more upset that murtasim asked meerub to jump. He asked her to risk death basically and she could have jumped before he had a chance to stop her. This is probably the worst thing he has done in the entire drama. Nothing justifies it.

I was actually glad that they showed Murtasim doing something bad. Otherwise, in the past few episodes, Murtasim was being perfect and that made Meerab very unlikeable. Murtasim making such mistakes makes the show more balanced. Nobody is totally good or bad and makes it easier for us to defend Meerab

Meerubs acting is good but the characters she is playing have many cons.. she is totally confused about rohail. she is giving hope to rohail by telling her relation is not ok with murtasim, rohail is the least person to tell their bedroom circumstance. rohail almost kidnapped her but she still have a soft corner!! if it was like she loved her and then she had to marry murtasim forcefully than it was ok but she had no feelings for rohail and she already knows rohail loves her so as a married women she should distance herself from rohail.....after so much she still telling that rohail is her friend and she has the right to meet him anytime that is awful.
