Parents ka hona hi bohot bada support hota hai. I can't imagine what you must be going through and how you are keeping yourself positive going through pregnancy while facing such a huge loss. I lost my mother to covid all of a sudden . It's going to be 2 years somehow that pain and trauma is the same. We are also planning for baby now but I don't know how I will go through it without my mother. Some days I feel so lost without her be it anything in life. She wanted to be naani so bad. A month before her death, she asked me on phone again when will you make me Nani. I regret waiting for 3 years. Wish I could have given her this happiness and I could have shared this experience with her. Seeing my sister in law share all such beautiful experiences with my mother in law makes me so sad that it will never happen for me and my mom. But seeing your vlogs really gives me strength lot of times. If you are doing it , I can do it too. Our Moms and parents are watching us being strong. They are giving us the strength to somehow keep living, keep surviving, keep doing better in life. Much love to you ❤️

Hi Shona please eat one leafy vegetable a day, it’s very important during pregnancy for haemoglobin count. Palak, chowli, red chowli, dill,kale. Once rainy season starts eating leafy vegetables gets difficult. So try and incorporate them into your diet now as much as possible. Having kale banana smoothie, is a tasty and nutritious option. Veggies options - beet root with Kala chana, french beans with black eyed beans, bottle gourd with moong dal, ridge gourd with moong dal, try to put veggies combined with protein. Your body is making a baby so protein is also helpful. Milk protein, pulse protein, egg protein, chicken, fish all are great. I missed doing this for my first pregnancy and had to take injections for haemoglobin. For my second pregnancy i incorporated these in my diet and was much better off.
