I took a bus from Vientiane to Luang Brabang = MISTAKE! Oh, was my neck sore from bouncing from side to side in the bus. Even my Thai GF had a sore neck & she was extremely supple, from working in Papa's rice paddies. We had to get a big massage in Luang Prabang.
