It's better to Kejriwal to stay in court till the final judgment is pronounced since he has no individual portfolio in the government though he is the CM of Delhi. Moreover, it is inferred that he is not fully co-operate with the investigating agencies and also not informed his password pertaining to his 170 iPhones and his Laptop. So we come to the conclusion that he is hiding the facts and so staying in jail must so as to protect the evidences.

What is nexus between Kejariwal hired advocates and Judges ? earlier one SC Judge gave Bail for political campaign without looking into matter of case ... only considered VIP status of person ... now another judge who gave bail without looking into evidence and hearing ED ? whats going on ? is judges are politically compromised and biased in their judgement. Can we say judgement is based on their ideology of Judge and their interest in status of VIP person ?
