What makes Mr. Jayashankar great is, he is widely read, knows his past and present History. Because of this wealth of knowledge he possess of not only of Bharat, but the World, helps him take any media in answering the questions.. He does not respond to questions saying may be, could be and ifs and buts. His responses are precise, accurate and complete. He is very straight forward and bold, because he knows he is speaking the facts not gossip. This knowledge empowers any body, again, that is what he possesses. Hope the younger generations prepare themselves knowing every thing that needs to be known which ever field they are interested in. Above all, he knows what to talk and how much to talk. If he things a question is not suitable to be answered, he does not hesitate not to answer it. A great quality and insight one should have not to get oneself into trouble.
