The biggest concern for shareholders is returns on Investments ICICI bank,hdfc Bank and Axis Bank generated tremendous Fantabulous returns on Investments since 2020 but kotak Bank is not Moving forward(Stock price). Your revenue profits and Deposits all have Increased in past 4 years but Share Price is Not moving which is forcing Investors to look for better options.

Definitely, banking is much better today thanks to these private banks. But today's Indian banks are increasingly adopting the best practices of credit cards - that of promoting delinquency as an easy revenue model (be it in MAB or a whole lot of other charges to make some fast buck from retail customers) There is not much financial innovations, only devious tech innovations posing as banking innovations. If they are so customer-focussed, let them display the genuine feedback on their web sites. Then, we'll se the real impact of their work.

I am having as many as ten bank accounts. The most disappointing service standards is from Kotak Mahindra Bank. I am not surprised at the strictures by RBI at some embargo. I am supposed to be a ' privileged ' customer!. I am giving my name, phone number and my account is in Chennai Teynampet branch. I am aware is not the right forum to air my frustrations. Nor any illusion I have of any notice by the bank or the host. I wish all the best to the new incumbent in his role. Frustrated or privileged?
