Hello Abhishek, there is a huge difference between HTML and Wordpress website. HTML website are static and only includes front end design and very little functionality if javascript is used for coding. Wordpress is Content Management System completely based on PHP Language which you can use for database connected website like Ecommerce, Social Website etc.

Brother a Html website is fully customizable because the whole code is written by developer itself .On the other hand the wordpress is a CMS for those who have no knowledge or low knowledge of website development. Anyone can create a website without any coding on WordPress.But it is not so customizable.

WordPress is a CMS platform in php. We can able to make dynamic features using this & HTML is the frontend part. So the overall matter is our skeleton is HTML, our body design is CSS and we able to walk, talk, read, eat etc that is dynamic. I was create a project for my personal interest with Angular Js as a frontend & WordPress as a backend.

Yes Surya Prakash ji, Java ek Programming language hain aur JavaScript ek scripting language hain. Java ke applications browser ke saath saath virtual machine par bhi chalte hain aur JavaScript ke application sirf browser par chalte hain.
