Hello ASL Heroes!!! Hey, I could really use your help. If you’ve enjoyed having access to an expert in ASL you can help me continue my work for you. A small monthly donation from you would instantly make a big difference here at the studio because teachers don’t earn much and I could use some help paying for server and domain hosting for Lifeprint.com. Right now you can help out a humble (not to mention kind, caring, generous, compassionate, helpful, friendly, fair, and hard-working) ASL teacher -- just go here and a few clicks later you too will be a true “ASL Hero!” www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=64QMBRBXQSV6G For more donation options, see: Lifeprint.com/donate Thanks! - Dr. Bill

Thanks Rich! Yah, I'm building some basics for my eventual Open Education Resources version of Linguistics.

I totally remember using the tty or tdd system. It is weird at first but I got used to it. I guess I’m old, as well, because I remember “ask” (OLD sign) as both hands together like in prayer, moving towards you. I don’t use that sign anymore but there are a bunch of way old signs that I remember through the years, but have changed with the times.

Oh, so Give is part of Food-to, I recently use the X-hand Give. Oh, in spring class, first day, we play game, I show sign "whose-Turn", new class start, they use that sign still, is classroom survival sign, but not taught as part of curriculum, teacher sometimes use during explain, but student remember from past class, use first~
