It’s crazy that I seen a few creators from the fanime community making a name for themselves. It’s so good to see them still going and making their dreams a reality

1:08:54 I don't really think it was a good choice to make your host do the whole "this thing I'm doing is dumb" shtick in their pitch. They should be selling why you should watch their project, but it sounds like they're not confident with their own project. It does look really nice though and I'll be looking forward to seeing it's progress! This pitch just bothered me

i’d love to get into storyboarding and script writing but i don’t know where to start. what do i research? how can i practice?
@13sinra136 ай бұрын
I don’t know if this helps, but when I was researching writing, I looked up writing for a TV series on KZbin or doing my own independent research on how to write characters (ex. Give character arcs), plot structure (ex. Set up a premise), story telling (ex. Have a story surround an interesting character), etc. That, and taking into account other people’s advice on writing characters (and to a lesser but helpful extent) looking at bad mediums (such as Velma) to see where the writing went wrong and how it could’ve improved. Sorry, I’m not sure if this helps, but I wish you luck on writing! As for storyboarding, I mainly recommend watching other animator KZbinrs/storyboard artists and how they storyboard their animatics (if it helps), and/or any tutorial videos on storyboarding here on KZbin or on search engines. At least from how I learned. I’m sorry, I’m not sure if these suggestions may help you, but it’s what worked for me. Still, I also wish you luck on your journey in storyboarding and script writing, and I hope you have a good day!

The best advice I have: once you have the basics, start by making smaller scripts/smaller storyboards first, but having them completed. Its important to gain the habbit of finishing your projects.
