Fun tag and answers! I jumped into indie polish because of your channel. Your love for Colores de Carol convinced me to make my first order -- yay! I miss seeing videos from Polished Ways. Oh, yeah! I would love to see some of the older indie collections or polishes return. That would be so much fun, particularly because I felt like I got into indie polish kind of late.

I wish I remembered my first purchased indie. But I do know the first two I received as a gift. Kbshimmer snow much fun and white here white now. The first one I ever saw was Oh splat, and I STILL don't have it after 3 years of collecting lol I love everything of kbshimmer that is one brand I wish I had every bottle! 🤩🤩🤩 Yes I had to pause..I had to go and buy diamond. 😻

1. Cupcake Polish 2. I am Groot by Pretty Jelly 3. BonitaJuanita made me buy and LOVE Cupcake Polish lol 4. I have 2 Cupcake Polishes and they are both HOLO 5. Menchie the Cat wait is Starrily an indie company? If so I need to Change my number one answer.. 6. Cupcake Polish, I looked at the site and I want it ALL! I need whatever that lady in Dallas made! Lol 7. Diamond is beautiful, but for me it was Cupcake Polish's Celebrate. Diamond is a topper, but when I look at Celebrate, it is a STUNNER! 8. For me it is price. Cupcake Polish is in an okay range for me to buy. 9. I agree with yiu. It's not my place to say. However, if they ask for a suggestion then I would ask for more yellow inspired polishes, not gold but YELLOW. :o)

That's honestly why I stopped polishes after awhile because there are so many polishes so I had to step back for awhile. They are expensive, but they are worth it.

I believe my first Indie nail polish was Noodles Nail Polish Girl on Fire maybe 3 years ago! I still love it but my bottle was getting dried out last year when I used at for early October nails. I love it over orange for Halloween. And I believe the 2nd Indie nail polish was Fever Lacquer I Blame the Fireworks. There have been many since. I share a love for Cupcake Polish's Folies Bergere! I have it and I love it! I think I wore it for my birthday this year in June. I have a lot from Glam Polish. The big Halloween release they have is incredible. I also have Nine Zero and Superchic and ILNP and KB Shimmer and Sincerely Polish.

I bought Cupcake polish Diamond & purchased one for a gift as well. Love it! I agree about bringing back older polishes if possible. I just purchased a couple from Scofflaw that were from a previous David Bowie collection. Not sure when they came out originally but I was happy to be able to get them, tfs!

Ok, So 1st...Don't hate me. I own Luck Dragon by Fair Maiden Polish & it's one of my Favs. So, for the Tag: 1. Mini Set of 3 by Lesha Lacquer- Unbe-LEAF-able, In GOURD we trust & Fall-ow Me. 2. F.U.N. Lacquer- Northern Lights, BEAUTIFUL POLISH! 3.Thanks to You, Colores de Carol. I have always wanted a bottle, but expensive. I got a few from my hubby for Christmas. 4. Fav: Thermal Polish/ Least Fav: Magnetic 5 .I.L.N.P. - Cabin Fever, I love Fall & living in PA it just always makes me feel Happy! 6. Glam Polish 7. AGAIN: F.U.N. Lacquer- Northern Lights, 8.I always look for a color or effect that catches my eye, something different! 9. I with you on the answer you said. It's exactly how I feel. I'm going to try this. OK? OK! 1. Like you, I'm fairly recent to the indie polish game. I think I purchased Nine Zero and Moonshine Mani around the same time. First one I ever wore was Totality by Moonshine Mani. Awesome!! I was hooked. 2. I don't have a lemming really... EXCEPT... see #7 3. I've bought ALL my indie polishes because of KZbinrs. I like being able to see them first. PPU had taken me out of this comfort zone a bit; and I've been disappointed only once or twice 😒 4. Least favorite: magnetic. Mostly because they are necessarily dark colors. Darks are ok, just not a go to for me. Favorite: hollo shimmers. Love the sparkle! 5. Sadly, I haven't found my "fits me to a T", yet 😞 6. Dream company: Calores de Carol... That's a no brainier for me 😝 7. Jaw Dropper: Femme Fatale's Mermaid Candy from PPU. Sadly, my niece asked me for this... She went gaga when she saw it... I couldn't say no. I tried to replace it with the July PPU, but with S&H it would have been over $30. 😭 8. What I look for most in order: color, finish, formula, price (unless it's $30!! 😭) 9. What if like to see going forward: I had no clue until your suggestion that they revisit their earlier collections. Maybe it's because we're newbies; but it could be very lucrative: veterans could buy backups or rebuy fond memories and we could get our hands on some new favorites 😜 Great idea!! I have luck dragon unused and I am looking so hard for Polish pick up color from last October from nvr enuff that was the Glen color from Walking Dead 'I will wait for you' and I will trade it if you have it I'm dying for that color. I know how it is with Polish pick up I want them all I can't buy them all and then months later why didn't I buy that One at least? Lol

Ok, I'll play... 1. Absolutely no idea. Earliest email confirmations I have are from Color4Nails and most, if not all, the polishes I ordered were international, not necessarily indie.I 2. I can't think of any major lemmings. At least there aren't any polishes I'm actively searching for. Of course, the collector in me wants ALL THE POLISHES. 3. Cupcake Berry Good Looking comes to mind. Honestly, I belong to so many FB groups that by the time polishes show up on KZbin I've pretty much already made up my mind, often ordered (even received). I still love to watch the videos tho! 4. I'm going with pretty much all of them. Seems that even if I'm not drawn to a particular finish, at some point I'll put a polish on my nails that knocks my socks off. 5. I don't think there is one. It all depends on my mood. 6. I actually come close to owning all the polishes from several brands. Let's face it, I'm a collector. If I had unlimited resources that number would increase by...a lot. 7. It's been a while since my jaw literally dropped, so I don't remember. I have so many untrieds that I avoid wearing any polish more than once. But I do remember my jaw dropping multiple times during several of the Tonic FB group Live previews the past few months. 8. I typically buy full collections. There are a very limited number of brands that I simply buy whatever they release. Otherwise, I have to like the collection overall. Honestly, some of my favorite polishes as far as wearing them, I would never have purchased individually. But I had to have the "entire collection." 9. I hope indie makers will make what type(s) polish they enjoy making and explore whatever directions they want to. If the result is something I enjoy, yay! But just because my tastes are different at the time doesn't mean that others won't love their polish. As far as bringing back old polishes, in general, yes. But it's a bit unfair to the initial purchasers to promote a polish as a limited edition, then repeatedly bring it back. Plus there are polishes that can't be brought back due to the rules of the box they were in or the group they were made for. What I am seeing in FB brand groups are announcements that the overruns are in mystery grab bags.
