I grew up listening to rock and alternative. Who knew one day I would be a radio presenter in the station I grew up listening to. Life has a funny way of working things out. At first, the wildest thoughts seem like a distant reality. However, over time, as you will notice; things always work out for the better. Nothing was ever meant to be, it is more of how, we, as humans want things to be, based on our will. Choose to be different, I believed I would one day be a presenter. Despite working a different day job, I would still reserve my energy and practice voice overs, work on my demos. It was funny how when the station advertised for submission of demos by interested parties, I submitted a highly unique demo with songs from their playlist and even mentioned their news anchors in the demo. I got a call and went for several interviews. Eventually, I was selected. Moral of the story, Your destiny is yours, You have what we call WILL. You may not achieve all your goals now, but through planning and self-belief, trust me, You will achieve what you thought was impossible.
