I actually really like the unique gameplay loop. It’s like you’re actually a security guard that’s tasked with making sure nothing breaks overnight, but with the same FNaF gameplay loop that makes it unique and tense.

Also realistic doors. "Why does it take more power to keep the magnetic doors down instead of up?" Now, it's pneumatic system + power to move the door which blocks the room(s) from access by intruders or animatronics.

@@Lamadon_PyreusEXACTLY!! The realistic style is real! Plus, I wanna add that not just the gameplay mechanics, but also the environments have that same style of “This is an actual place”. You’ve got the flies buzzing around the office, the only background noise being the whirring of the fan and the clicks on the monitor, a better layout than any of the official FNaF games (2 doesn’t even have a kitchen 😭), and even in the office you can see the little scribbles on the notes and drawings around the building. It’s all got this charm that lets you feel like this is a real place, that this is a real person, fighting against their own sanity and killer animatronics.

I hate comcat. At first I found him quite charming in the introduction night in V1.2 but afterwards he kept blocking me from flashing whoever was trying to activate foxy and therefore had a part in me being mauled to death quite a few times. It's like he is trying to get me killed. Man f*ck comcat.

It's a more realistic concept but still has the same bs nonsensical irritants like power loss as a game mechanic. Buildings both private and public are all hooked into the grid, unless the grid loses power then why would the building lose power? Just once I'd like to see a game that's scary as hell but doesn't feel the need to take away from real world norms. Keep the supernatural spooky stuff but keep the modern stuff too, what building in America would have power issues that wouldn't have been dealt with?
