Dr. Faber's "sacrilegious" views are offensive and wild to some traditional, uninformed investors and institutions but his integrity and concern for the common man is pure. I am a little disappointed that you did not ask the hard questions to Marc, since he is NOT a believer in the “UNIT” nor a new trade settlement currency backed by GOLD. Is that harsh? Maybe. But sometimes it is necessary to get at the truth!!! It has been said that the head of the Russian Central Bank has been appointed to lead this project and will outline it at the BRICS KAZAN MEETING.

Sounded quite disappointing, that the gold price is "where it should be". We've heard a lot about gold going "much higher" very soon, maybe $10,000 or more, and silver to over $100 - that's what's generating all the interest. But I guess keeping up with inflation is still good. But its just another day at the office then, and fairly ordinary financial times we are living in, not all the big stuff we keep hearing about. Was interesting though what he said about someone he knew with a lot of gold not being able to get it back from the the bank vault and having to hire lawyers to get it back again - a salutary warning for us all. Also the huge interest rates coming and advice to own govt bonds, maybe Harry Dent has a point.
