We should not target China! Govt is playing smartly. And yes this "Indo-Pacific" terminology gives India a grand status in the global geopolitics! USA is marketing this terminology! Its a big thing! It means USA declares India as the most important player in the Indo-Pacific region strategically! India is neither economically nor militrically in a position to take stance against any of the 2 superpowers (i.e. US OR CHINA), do it's better to play it diplomatically to think about long term rather than short term or just contemporarily ( recent scenarios)
