As a drone pilot and 1190r rider myself, absolutely brilliant Adam. A great mix of footage, and narration. I can appreciate the hours of filming gone into making this 18 minute segment. RESPECT....

02:17 I think that's not a right thing to lift up your bike, you should use your back body, the weight of the bike can damage your back, it can lead to severe backpain. I get injured while lift up my bike back then
@ariodhilla8 жыл бұрын
yeh its wrong, it will be hurt ur backbone and knee
@chris7jakarta8 жыл бұрын
you need to keep your back straight and lift from your legs, but lifting a 200kg bike is a lot!
@arier86608 жыл бұрын
***** I know right
@FredBGG7 жыл бұрын
It's the right way to do it. Done it for years and it works. Just carry a velcro strap and wrap it around your front brake lever to tie it into fully braked position so your bike does not roll away as you lift it. The force comes from the legs and into the forearms leaning on the thighs. The leverage of the arms only loads the back one the bike is way off the ground where it requires less effort.
@HakunaMatata0097 жыл бұрын
Yep, just like doing the 'deadlift' exercise.
@achkind60678 жыл бұрын
I liked that movie, just keep doing what you're doing
@kyriakospafitanis86037 жыл бұрын
Great video, even shared it on my FB page. The lifting technic is totally wrong. You put all the pressure on your back. The correct way is to lift standing backwards on the (buttocks touching the) saddle and lift with your legs having totally straight your back and arms(left on the steering-right on the frame). Also this way it's easier on hills where is the most probable place to fall on your bike.
