This song tells about a husband (grandfather) who has a deceased wife (that little girl). they communicate through sunflowers. the meaning of the rivers flowing with milk and the people there who become young again, is the Islamic belief that in heaven it will be like that. when the grandfather bowed, he died. then he (that little boy) appeared on the moon with a young appearance and then met his wife. edit : sorry if my english is bad :v

i had been avoiding listening to this song cuz I'm still missing my deceased father he passed away from multiple illness and the lyric that said "and your body no longer feels sick, and everyone gets younger again" it hurts me to remember he fought his sickness for years for his family
