It doesn't matter how you pronounce it. What matters the most is how do you pronounce it and what's the essence of it. For example, it's kinda a bit akward when Jakartan pronounce it in conversation with "Coeg", like they didn't mean to say it. They're not committing to say "Jancok". But in other cases, you can find Pace-Pace Papuan, Ambonese, Kupangese, Soloensis, and even Abang-abang Minang warung nasi Padang say it like they mean it just like how the Suroboyo people mean it. I've definitely ever heard a Minang man said, "Jancuak bana, nyo!", literally "Jancok Kon!" with Minang accent. They say it and they mean it just like the native speaker speaks.
