That’s a lot of prep and basting but it looks great. Is it good to cook over Charcole or wood also? I’m new to Indonesian food. Thanks for the recipe and time to prepare🌸👍🙏🏻

Yes, you can grill it over charcoal or wood! That’s what people use in Indonesia to grill satay. :)
