Hi! I just bought my 8 year old Sageretia theezans a couple days ago. I have been watering it when the soil is just starting to dry out (still slightly damp). But I've noticed that the leaves have a dry touch to them. They are still green but feel quite dry. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to make them feel healthier?

Wizard Gravy You could try misting the leaves (In addition to watering the soil) - I think I would stand the bonsai in the sink so that the water covers the soil surface, just so the the root ball is evenly wet all the way through (for 5 mins. Then go back to checking the soil and water when just damp, I hope this helps
