Why doesn't she fall downwards when doing stuff vertically? eg: 0.14, she is basically vertical, so why doesn't she fall downwards?

She does fall at 0:14, but she recovers so fast that you can barely see it. She first gets pushed upwards, while that she is making herself straight, and recovers right after that when shes falling

I was wondering that as well. I think for these stunts and stuff the fans must be turned up a lot so any surface (Legs in this case can be held up) Not sure though

Just because it was recorded vertically doesn't mean they don't know what they're doing. Think about it logically. What they're recording is a tall tube. What's important for capturing everything in this shot is to have a tall field of view.
