wont the starting torque in star delta be 1/9th of DOL st torque, as Ist(dol) is √3Vrated/Zsc, but you have skipepd the √3.?

Hi Varun! How are you? I'll be appearing in UPPSC AE Exam in this June. I'm okay with Electrical portion but always struggle in Electronics sections e.g. Communication, Signal & System etc. Do you have any plan to make some videos on these subs?
