Came for sigma notation but I really need this induction part too, what a surprise! Love these videos.

Really adore the way of your teaching, very concise and clear, with your own characteristics. Plus, maybe you can share some teaching experience for the aspect of being a good tutor/teacher. lol~

@4:48 "Now that you've had this reminder of what Sigma Notation is, we're going to prove this by induction." @5:05 "We're going to assume that this thing, this statement, is actually true ... then the real work will begin when we try and prove the k+1 step." What are we going to 'prove'? There is no claim of a 'result' or 'limit', so ...? It would appear that the "proof" is that the Sigma Notation is a thing and that it works! It is not until 6:01 that what is actually being 'proved' appears on the board! It would have been VERY helpful to have seen this at the beginning. 🍌🙂

I think he must have forgotten to show it when he edited the video because for the students, I think it's marked on another board that doesn't appear on the video

spot on about super stupid to use capital N and hence confuse the students no end. Obviously thought by a super DUMB teacher. Disagree that the last part is Year 8 algebra . Most students in year 8 cant do a simple fraction addition as done in Year 5/6.
