Inductors in Series:

Mathematically, L_total = L1 + L2 + L3 + ... + Ln .
Inductors in Parallel:
When inductors are connected in parallel, their total inductance decreases.
The total inductance (L_total) of inductors in parallel is given by the reciprocal of the sum of the reciprocals of individual inductances.
Mathematically, 1/L_total = 1/L1 + 1/L2 + 1/L3 + ... + 1/Ln.
