Great Job. Another good solid recipe, Great entertaining drink... Suggestion next time soak strawberry's in a strong shine for a week or so then strain, add sugar to the fruit, Let sit and make your syrups.... Add To that shine the berry's were in and add your cream recipe... Puree the berry's for additional flavors and color's...or not, That is what makes this a great hobby, Choices....
