Automation is an interesting field with great future prospect so no doubt in bright career path in it. Coming to the company reviews, prima facie it looks good to me and you can gain some experience with them. Later on you can target other MNC's as per career goal.

Internship should be done in relevant field as this helps in interviews. However if this is the only choice with you then you can do it. If you have time you can approach better place and gain relevant knowledge.
