Here I have described the process of soap production. There are two production processes known as, Hot Process and Cold Process. In our syllabus, we have to learn only about Hot process. In the hot process, there are four main steps.
1. Saponification
2. Removal of the by-product, glycerin
3. Purification
4. Finishing
සබන් නිෂ්පාදනයේ ක්‍රියාවලිය මෙහිදී විස්තර කර ඇත. නිෂ්පාදන ක්‍රියාවලි උණුසුම් ක්‍රියාවලිය සහ ශීත ක්‍රියාවලිය ලෙස ආකාර දෙකකි. අපගේ විෂය නිර්දේශය තුළ, අප ඉගෙන ගත යුත්තේ උණුසුම් ක්‍රියාවලිය ගැන පමණි. උණුසුම් ක්‍රියාවලියේදී ප්‍රධාන පියවර හතරක් ඇත.
