Industry 2(j) under Industrial Dispute Act, 1947

Here in this session, i have tried to explain the definition of Industry as per Section 2j of Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 (While explaining the budge and budge case, by mistake i said the ID Act came in the year 1948. Please ignore the same). I have put sufficient notes and very good league of case laws on this aspect. Hope this helps :-)
