INEC Denies Allegation By Bode George

It's season of election in Nigeria and the accompanied intrigues and propaganda. The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC is taking most of the bashing from Nigerians, aggrieved with outcome of the February 25 Presidential election. INEC has denied appointing a former Commissioner in Lagos State, Femi Odubiyi as its Head of Information and Communications Technology, ICT department, as alleged by a chieftain of the People's Democratic Party, PDP, Bode George. Dismissing the claim, INEC National Commissioner in charge of Information and Voter Education, Festus Okoye said the widely publicised report attributed to George is false, as the name Femi Odubiyi does not even exist within their ICT Department at INEC headquarters in Abuja or any state office of the Commission.

Pa Bode George and Olusegun Obasajo are getting too old and this probably affects their thinking. What would these two elders earn /gain by setting Nigeria on fire .What are ex-millitary men doing in democratic system of government?.Greed/selfishness is their main purpose. . Youths should remain calm and don't dance to the violence utterances by these selfish old men. If war breaks out,their families/children are not affected as they are living abroad, it is the poor man's children that would suffer the consequences. Military take over should not happen in Nigeria as it appears Bode George and Olusegun Obasajo are caling for it. Kudos to Northern elders who did not behave irresponsible like these two lately.
