Tim here, Sheri's husband. Founders of STOP Greene County Corruption (face book). Our son was denied due process, his public defender was told not to submit any evidence nor call any witnesses that would go against the states case or face the loss of bar card. He was fresh out of law school, new baby and student loans, he chose to keep his bar card. How do you fight against that?

I hope and pray your son got the assistance he needed. He DESERVED. I had a similar situation and I can't believe my state went to SC to argue Death Penalty Wrongful Conviction are acceptable. There will be no punishment or review of all the cases that corruption allowed. Not one person. Law isn't justice, its a construct. Sacrifices must be made to protect the illusion. Couple that with cowardice, accepting of plea deals. Innocence must be fought for greater good. Not for convenience or money saving. I rather rot under a jail than to admit to a lie. I don't care what people think. I could, should and would of been a Monster. I loved my Grandma more than me. I will not let anyone who invested in me to be insulted. Disgraced. I had no advantage or luxury. Living is painful and hopeless. There is no reason or reward. All I have to be who and what I lacked. Leave it better place. The criminals aren't caged. They run the system. What World is this?

My loved one was wrongly convicted and when we made it to the step of filing the habeas corpus to get the higher courts to look over the injustice the clerk disposed the filed stamp habeas and never filed it, my loved one sent written correspondence to that same clerk each year and she would stamp filed and never file it. We been told that all of the needed documents had been destroyed in a 2014 court fire, what could be done? The habeas was originally file 2015 and after hiring a lawyer that had to threaten the clerk to file a mandamus , she then admitting her error and filed the habeas march 2 2023

My problem is, the prosecution AND my court appointed attorney hide a photo from me and the jury that proved my innocence. Fortunately, the state Supreme Court is now looking at the evidence the jury never saw.

State did give discovery evident to my court appointed defense attorney. He's the one who hid it from me. He and the prosecutor were working together to "get me." They colluded to frame me, and they did. Several judges were made known of this but not a one cared. @rileynguyen8880

my PD did not cross examine the ONLY DA's witness (was supposed to be the arresting officer but they used that Deputy Sheriff's "story" to his friend). So a total stranger, in place of the DS's testimony , testified. My Public Defender let it ride... did not question or cross-examine this NON-witness. Can I enter a motion to DISMISS this testimony prior to trial that is scheduled in about 5-6 weeks? Appreciate an answer. Thank you.

The original amendments states [ entitled to adequate defense] as an individual or representative to ensure correct (due process )... and fair trial... to gather evidence and or witnesses that may provide the truth or valid information to deliberate a case correctly....

Think going up against civilian court where the Mayor of your little town orders his DA to haul you in, gives you no right to counsel, denies you subpoena power, destroys evidence of your innocence, and increases non-violent charges, then orders your punishment BEFORE YOU EVER GET TO TRIAL! Happens in the military (to your loved ones) on an all too frequent basis! HOW DO WE STOP COMMAND INFLUENCE in the military? Abolish the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) and stop your children from being abused by an antiquated system that has buffaloed members of Congress for far too long. THERE IS NO CRIMINAL PROBLEM THAT OCCURS WITHIN THE MILITARY THAT CANNOT BE ADJUDICATED BY CIVILIANS.

How about a lawyer pretending to be my attorney for 2 1/2 years, no show first appearance. Judge simply says, 'not your lawyer, never was, only paid to get you out of jail.' Oddly, I heard those very words after he became my attorney in a warning from a local man while in jail 2 1/2 yrs before my arraignment. No motion to withdraw, simply 'not your lawyer, never was, only paid to get you out of jail. Has been spoken by this judge about this lawyer twice now, or I would have had not warning.

this is scary ive dismissed three public pretenders looks llike going on fourth after mistrial representing myself they dont want witness to ruin probable cause and there case they refuse to watch bodycam showing lies on police report label me crazy i take test proven not crazy still refuse to accept facts because i called them kangaroo court

Who owns portfolios of assets of Greene County? What structures? Jurisdictions? Based on my experience in Forensics Equity Assets of Monarchs Structures hence County jurisdiction. Color green leads to objective green vs Greene Lots to extrapolate deciphering but not now. All attorneys SUBMIT to BAR Associations entertwined with Monarchy of England historical facts. Bogus cloud dumps of documents clouding true titles nullifying all.

This happens way too often ! Many years ago , I had a N J . Public defender . He knew nothing about Pennsylvania law . NOTHING . And I asked him his opinion on my case . And with out hesitation , he told me you’re going to prison . The sentencing guildlines said 5 - 10 , but then this Megan’s law enacted . And when I was in prison , the rules changed for the Megan’s law and the Federal Government added sorna . Then I got notice , LIFE on the register . And everyone could see my face ! My address ! And if they googled my name ? They would know my charges ! What defense attorney can defend you from that ? NO ONE ! Eat shit and die ! We don’t care . So why do still continue to live ?

Don't give up. Do your own habeas petition, Do it over and over. Contact groups like the Innocence Project, on and on. Don't give up. Go to the prison library. Sometimes there are inmates who help others appeal. Don't give up. Write to newspapers and magazines like Prison Legal News. If you are innocent. If not, get treatment. It should be provided or at least psychiatric counseling, I can't imagine it is legal to add years to a sentence while you are serving a sentence already. Ask for mental health treatment. Make something positive happen. Looks like you can appeal on grounds of "ineffective assistance of counsel, You can get forms for this. All you have to do is fill in the blanks. Good luck.

how can i get a re trial.. due to public defender was guaranteed a 3 year contract in chambers, with da, judge and myself. and i wad beat by police after invoking my 5th, and asked to be under street light for my safty, and used footage from the last officer . who witnessed me taken down, twice while handcuffed
