Hello, no one should be given power that allow someone wrongfully to add or lie to win a case. They should be held liable. ( loose their license). It's totally unfair, they need to be reported. I knew a case , prosecutor found someone with the same name (who committed a crime) pretended it was the defender.

People get wrongly convicted all the time. Police actually set up crimes, DAs and Judges go along with it. Jerseyville, IL is a good example of this. One example is the case where my employee was arrested for refusing to leave work and a further trumped-up charge of canning was added, but no evidence was retained. After hearing about it, I personally spoke with the DA and he refused to make it right. Police went on to forcibly evict the employee and her boyfriend from their home without court order and a sheriff. All because the police did not like her hairstyle and the boyfriend was Puerto Rican from Miami. Other examples include when police set up 2 more false arrests where police sent people into a bar to physically unplug a clock to cause the bar to stay open too long and sent in someone to refuse to leave at closing time. The local DA and Judge went along with all of these cases and refused to correct the injustices. Not only did the local judge go along with it, but he threatened to make the fine $10,000.00 the next time it happened. The Jerseyville Cartel has no ethics and prosecutorial misconduct is the NORM. This is the town where police killed another employee's child for carrying a Bible on a public sidewalk and lied on their reports. Google Roger Holyfield.

it has become their primary way of doing business these days , and has been for a long time that is why this country has more people in prison than any other country in the world it is a business driven by greed, there is little to no consequences for a district attorney committing any kind of act whatsoever . in williamson county texas a DA was found to have with held evidence that had proven the defendants innocence , he decided to charge him and convict him giving him a 40 year sentence and after serving 20 of those years this information surfaced and the DA was only given community service .. its shocking and un believable how evil these people are

Thank you very much for your informative presentation. In a sentencing hearing to revoke due to a failed drug test, where the defendant was working to get his life in order and get well away from his addictions ... going to rehab classes, working every day, paying bills, being a family man, hands on father, and doing many other things to improve his life and get better. The prosecutor brought things up that had nothing to do with the hearing. The defendants lawyer even pointed that out, but was totally disregarded. As the prosecutor had his vendetta. Resulting in the defendant receiving prison time. Everyone there was shocked. This is not justice.

Most court cases over 99% are all fraudulent because it is all commercial law and the contracts are not fully disclosed because they're usually presented in the form of an application and does not mention the fact an application is in fact a commercial contract with non disclosed content that is binding. I can't say I know what can be done about it other than one reading for themselves what is actually written down in their law, statutes, codes, rules and regulations books and stop believing whatever bullshit that flows from any mouth so spewing. All public employees must have a bond to operate in public working for the public that bond is given its immunity or gives immunity to the public employee in case they damage us and they damage us when they violate their oath of office which is a piece of paper at the state capitol filed away at the state capital and that is their oath of office it is not an act is a piece of paper with writing on it and a signature they're very own it gives them their immunity when they violate that of they lose the immunity the bond then becomes theirs when you notify the official of their offense give them 5 days to correct it and if they don't correct it you go to the bonding company you take their bond because the bonding company will give it to you because of their violation of their oath of office they'll have an investigation that they'll start on that person once this is over with you have the bond you can then sue them civilly that's how it works okay that's how it works stop listening start reading!

There is no integrity within the courts and it's systems when prosecutors secure a 98% conviction rate based on unconstitutional plea bargains which force defendants to waive their Constitutional Rights in favor of a "favorable" outcome. The system is rigged in the prosecution's favor.

First and foremost, attorneys take an oath to protect the BAR. They follow procedure, not law. For a criminal case, there must be a "corpus delecti". Same in civil. There must be an injured party who has written and signed a sworn affidavit claiming an injury. There must be witnesses and firsthand knowledge. A prosecuting attorney has NO firsthand knowledge! People are ignorant of the law. They're endoctrinated to just believe what they are told. Unless someone is sworn to testify, under penalty of perjury, that is just hearsay, and not admissable. You appear to be misleading a lot of people that all these in the system know the Law and American Juris Prudence. All they know is their good ole' boy club. There is no immunity from fraud and racketeering, which are felonies. 18 usc241 and 242. 42 usc 1983. These municipal courts are acting under color of law. Police are revenue collectors, "robber barons". How come you think it's called highway robbery??? Innocent UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.

You can ALWAYS challenge jurisdiction. Ask for copies of the judge & prosecution's oath of office, bonded insurance, etc, DO THEY EVEN HAVE THE RIGHT to "charge" you to begin with. Are their "creditials" in good standings? Constitutionally we are to be charged under COMMON LAW, courts today are ran under Admiral Martime Military Tribunal Law. Judges are to be Federal Article 3 judges appointed by the President. They are to make sure they are unbiased & impartial. Here's a quick way to stop the mass sentencing to prison, quit allowing the judges to get 82% of the cost of the total bill for the 😮charges of EACH person they send to prison directly deposited into their retirement funds. I'm sure if that financial GAIN wasn't there judges would be a little more likely to actually be unbiased & impartial. Any court room where you walk in & there is gold around the seal, this is NOT a Federal Article 3 judge. They have taken an oath to the Sovereign Crown of England & the UN. They are now considered a foreign adversary. & due to the Supremcy clause & the ruling in Mulberry v Madison THEY HAVE NO JURISDICTION to enforce their "sentence." The ONLY LAW mentioned in the Constitution is TREASON. The moment the Police(policy enforcers) arrest someone & take them to jail, they have already violated about 5 rights to begin with. We The People have to start educating ourselves & holding them accountable!

I was offered 1 year in custody for a misdemeanor resisting arrest in a case I was charged a felony attempted murder against a peace officer , felony child endanger, felony resisting a administrative officer, among lesser similar charges, the exposure was 58 years to life, I turned down the offer, they dismissed the case and refiled a felony assault of a police officer with a deadly weapon other than a firearm, felony resisting an executive officer in the course of his duty, among other lesser charges, went through two trials, and the jury convicted me of a misd. Resisting arrest, sentenced to 1 year in county jail and received 395 days actual time in custody no good time work time credits where applied though I was an idea detainee . I appealed to the cal 5th district court of appeal, which reversed the case remanded with instructions given by the supreme court in 3 Palmas notices, indicating a red car and the courts lack of pecuniary interest I a ful review the case went back to superior court where I filed a challenge under CCP 170.6 against the judge who acknowledged recipe of my petition and my right under California state law for said challenge after a case is reversed then subsequently dismissed the charge. Whole some may view this as a win I do not, the dismissal happened right when Trump took office the federal government was shut down, my layers failed to follow up with a civil rights movement and I have despite my best efforts to address this matter with the AG bill Barr , the president Donald Trump and the Senate judicial Commission and two attempts yo impeach the president for obstruction of justice and violating the posie comatados act under USC 1983 insurection Act. Agreed, I never heard a cop say "hey, take it easy on this one, can't you see that he's white?" And I never got any of these breaks in court or lessor sentences due to being so called "privileged". I know there are White people who are wealthy and privileged but I am certainly not one and I have never known a single one of them and get tired of people always making that case that all White people have it easy, are unfair, or racists. THAT is racisit if you ask me. If I were of another race I would teach my children that not all White people were slave owners and not all agreed with slavery back then, and NONE of the White people alive today had anything to do with any of it. Nobody ever makes that clear to kids. The White people treated people unfairly is made clear but not that it wasn't ALL White people, and none of the Whites alive today had a thing to do with slavery. I understand that people feel we shouldn't let it be forgotten but it seems like dwelling on the long past causes more harm and I don't think it helps at all. It would be better to leave that crap where it is, long past. My grandfather immigrated to America from Scotland in 1939. None of my family was even here before that.

Wow, it's hard to even stand by someone who would rather straight check out than deal with adversity and make it through ANYTHING that life throws at them. I did a lot of years in there but I'm out here now, and alive. Where there's life, there's hope. Death extinguishes all hope. It should never be a choice that you prefer. Get TF outa Texas and you'll probably feel a lot better about life and shit, I did.

The qualified immunity she alluded to is a lie.its derived from common. law, a tradition which hadn't existed since 1215 the signing of the magna Carta, which terminates the period of common law lex non scripta and commences that of statute law or lex scripta. long before the American colonies came into existence, see Thomas Jeffersons writings on the origins of non Christian common law, or Rick Searcy v. Central intelligence agency et al, reply brief. Original common law can be found prior to the code of hammurabi in which h judges, if found delivering decisions not consistent with the law would be fined and removed from the bench for life which completely contradicts any of the superlegislated case law the Supreme Court has delivered. And,again this stands in compete opposition to the civil rights act of 1865 and the Anti Ku Klux act of 1872 and what they sought to accomplish which was accountability for corrupt acts of public officials, i.e. judges, prosecuting attorneys. See Lyman Trumbull senate speeches on this subject .mater were he , as a matter of fact gives the definition for what acts he considered liable to such as a a judge who acts maliciously or corruptly. The same definition given by the Supreme Courts dissenting opinion in RANDALL v Brigham (citation omitted) which the court was quick to superlegislate out of existence in 1872.bradley v. Fisher. The courts refuse to honor the true sovereigns of this country which are 'we the people' as spelled out by chisholm V georgia making it impossible for any government agency or official to use immunity as a defense. The supremacy clause article VI Para 2 defines the law of the land and its Constitutional authority, 'Due Process and 'Equal protection of law as contained in the Fourteenth Amendment are superior to any common law as their were never any provisions made for the inclusion of this law. After the !Articles of Confederation failed the colonist demanded that written law was the only acceptable means of maintaining a legal system, which was a means of excluding common law. They did this because they were oppressed by there British rulers who appointed the governor's and judges in the colonies who in turn made up the rules as they went, aka common law. Blackstone himself tells the colonist that common law did not exist in the colonies as they were not part of the mother. Country, instead dependant dominions. In seventeenth century England Charles Stuart was executed when the Stuart monarchy attempted to monopolize legitimacy by laying claim to venerated legal sources and principles such as the maxim 'the king can do no wrong' the King was tried and executed. So clearly this immunity was a mythological creature when subjected to legislated law. For the truth of This subject matter see Searcy v C.I.A et al In The Eighfh Circuit court of appeals and soon To be in the U.S. Supreme Court after I expose them for refusing to put my Writ of certiorari on The docket In Violation of my fifth and Fourteenth Constitutional ammendment Due Process rights.

You come across as a very intelligent person, but you're living in a "Wonderland"! The Constitution and the entire justice system was and is designed to do just what it does!!! Discriminating against the poor and people of color is a design and a systematic effort to extort money for the people who are doing these Jobs! Period!!! From..., judges to prosecutors, police and everyone else in the " money", chain loop!! When, the prosecutor's and judge's are above the LAW'S_ and cannot be removed , Sued, or brought on charge's of LYING, misconduct, or disbarred....??? I personally don't believe in the system when some are above the LAW'S and the constitution is a joke and a farce because it only protects the RICH, POWERFUL or police/ prosecutor's WHO have QUALIFIED IMMUNITY!! I've noticed in a Court in Texas and in a federal case that people who are accepting a Plea are told they can't Appeal ! This is in the Plea Agreement. They can appeal "ineffective assistance of Counsel " but the judge asks "are you happy with your defense counsel". I assume that is to prevent a future appeal on IoC. that doesn't sound like justice to me! One aspect is that forensic evidence is questionable, here I'm thinking of the Annie Dookhan case in Massachusetts. Surely new evidence should always open up the possibility of a new trial

I believe this lady is exactly the type of person the criminal justice system needs to consist of. It seems like it would be easy to let the power go to your head as a prosecutor. But that unfortunate side effect could be reigned in by changing the dynamics of the system. From the layout of the courtroom, to the lighting, to the manner in which everyone addresses and communicates with each other. The balance of Justice, of which the system exists to provide for the people, is the symbolic representation of what matters most. (Equilibrium) Without it, the very systems that underpin our society will crumble. The people need to trust in the character of those officials in that courtroom. Without integrity, trusting that system becomes impossible.

Also file a affidavit in the court case with your truths. Notarized if possible. Otherwise sworn to. If your guilty of something, own up to it. File birth certificate with the court clerk or get it to the judge and make him the fiduciary. All of them can be sued so don’t believe it when told Judges are sovereign. The people are the sovereigns, not a state corporation.

Forced litigation. It is never the prosecutor elected, always the assistants handling cases and they are working on a civil judgement. If your found guilty on criminal charge, easier to win on civil charges. Some states let both be decided in one trial. The Supreme Court knows what is going on. It’s always the assistant that does the dirty work in government not government.

The legal system is broken. The cops are corrupt. None of the officials seem to care. The lawyers don't care because they make more money on an in-efficient and corrupt system. It is no longer "We the People" it we the subjects of a crooked police state. I am a victim of a lying police. The prosecutors kept on adding bogus charges in hopes I would take a plea deal. I didn't take the plea deal. I had video proving my innocence. The charges were dropped at the last minute after wasting my time and money making court appearances that accomplished nothing because NO BODY cared about my evidence. They wanted to persecute me for doing nothing. I will NEVER trust police, persecutors, judges or anybody in government again. They lie and cheat.

DeSandre V Oscoda county Michigan & Defendants prosecutor/judge Casandra Morse-Bills, assistant/prosecutor Kristi McGregor, Sheriff Kevin Grace, deputy Gary Cole. Federal court for two years withheld most of our accusations, entering false information & pushing us to take a off record settlement. Felt grifted, starting with our first criminal defense lawyer we paid for the first year of abuse. Hired a 2nd attorney to do what the first one should have done. Innocent, factually innocent! Telling us our case will be dismissed on a summary judgment...so preventing our evidence of conspiring, above the law evidence from any record. Pay us to settle on no one being responsible for what they did to us was the only justice offered. Federal Judge dismissed on the summary judgment as threatened. At least we didn't take money for them to say they are not guilty! We wouldn't be able to complain about the corruption if we became part of the problem. We saved our taxpaying community $200.000 in federal court & nobody hears about it?

Seemed shady to offer money at a court ordered off record hearing when the government was the defendants. They were railroading us in every court they put us in & the only justice is to agree they are not responsible? Hmm.. They sure look even more guilty having to use their immunity card. Sheriff had evidence of a survey before we were arrested, in court he denied it, under oath he lied to save his own ass, like any other criminal would do! Most criminals regret it with apologies. Should be illegal to pay or threaten a victim to dismiss their accusations? Truly happened to us!
