the boiler flue gas generation will depend upon the required capacity of the inert gas which will vary the fuel and air ratio of the boiler with respect to inert gas generation

If mast riser and pv breaker both prevent overpressurization of ig line....then why can't we use any one of them.....moreover both have flame arrestor on them also mast riser makes sure that the vapours from cargo tank are released quite high above the deck level....so what is the specific purpose which pv breaker serves?
