From this video, I learned that an object’s inertia can be at rest or in motion. The greater the mass of an object, the greater the inertia. An object that is in motion will continue to be in motion with constant velocity unless acted on by external force.

Inertia ≠ mass. If that experiment were done in space & not on a surface with friction, you'd think they were equal, but they are not. The response to a force can vary between materials, independent of mass. You can have a plastic or elastic collision, for instance. An impacted object can behave differently depending on whether something soft or hard hit it. If the object were liquid, it may allow the projectile to go straight through or it could absorb it. Try rotating or rolling some objects down a slope instead. Then you can figure what thing a rectilinear motion and curvilinear motion (eg. Rotational) experiment has in common.

4:26 Depends on the reference frame. In the frame wrt the ground, it's rest. In the frame wrt a center of mass non-self-rotating point (only revolving around the Sun) of Earth, it's inertia of motion because the ground & objects on the table are moving together a little differently vs the sheet. Gravity & normal forces pin the objects to the table, and the table to the ground and the ground to the subsurface ...etc, all the way to the core.
