Sir, you are the most amazing teacher I ever learned from. Your videos are extremely helpful. I still remember that in my grade 10, your video on refraction and reflection through mirrors and lenses helped a lot, all my peer-mates were asking for my notes(those notes were made from your video). All thanks to you I graduated my grade ten with 93%. 20 Manocha Academy Reply

From this video, I learned that an object’s inertia can be at rest or in motion. The greater the mass of an object, the greater the inertia. An object that is in motion will continue to be in motion with constant velocity unless acted on by external force.

4:26 Depends on the reference frame. In the frame wrt the ground, it's rest. In the frame wrt a center of mass non-self-rotating point (only revolving around the Sun) of Earth, it's inertia of motion because the ground & objects on the table are moving together a little differently vs the sheet. Gravity & normal forces pin the objects to the table, and the table to the ground and the ground to the subsurface ...etc, all the way to the core.
