As I see it, it is about battling with your own self. The only one that is stopping us is ourselves. The proud and strong persona is our dark side, Pablo said that the dark side does not equate to bad side. The other persona is afraid and keeps himself to himself which he also knows that it isn't ideal. I think this song is about going out of your comfort zone. La Luna's lyrics are deep and spits life facts🔥.

He is like a werewolf a man who afraid to change to hurt someone cause he can’t control his desire and thirst for blood and meat.he has the key but his too afraid unlock the chain if he change into a monster to devour his weakness and let his strength out of control

He imprisoned himself (his talent) because he don't want to be vulnerable with the world's unfairness, cruelty, and judgements and that leads him to have conflict with the other side of him (inner self) ...the one who's convincing him to get out of that shackle and be strong to face changes and see what he can really do. To reach his full potentials even though there are doubters.....but the imprisoned him don't want trouble..just want to be alone and somehow stay in his comfort zone. Finally he gave in and said ok "let's start the show" (nagbukas ng pulang kurtina) Meaning he's now willing to face the world and share his talent. He'll gonna keep on grinding (head down and work hard)and update his timeline. That beat drop "binigay ang susi sa kanya" he's referring to himself... he's holding his own key 🗝️ and once he discovered his true self and his true sound/music... he'll come out of his shell and he'll use that key to free himself just like the last scene on the video he unlock the shackle himself. he has unchained himself in the end. that's the brightest portion. i think making the last final frame end in a colored picture would bring more the bright message more impactful. but super nice indeed. the message. and the challenge of pointing to the listener or viewer the phrase "lalong lalo na sa yo" or "especially you" in english is likely saying that we all are challenged to get out of our weakest feelings and fears. pablo is indeed an artist. no longer scared anymore to reveal his deepest thoughts whatever it is... thank you for this reaction.

I interpret the one with the shackles as the evil one. It's odd cause when you think about the devils in your head that's saying you can't do it and discouraging you, we always think that it is something that is scary, big, aggressive and free. But in the mv, the devil is the scared one that is trying to hold back and trying to stay in his comfort zone while the other free self of Pablo is trying to convince him to go out there and be himself and release his full potential.

Pablo is a very good lyricist. I would agree that the song discusses inner conflict but the beat is a hype. It incorporates Filipino lyrical rap too. He has one song "Determinado" that won in Djooky Music Award. There were also a lot of word plays there I think it was written in collab with his brother Josue. Do listen to it. It is also powerfully written.

Sure you can go "vibbin'" this song, The message of the song itself is not negative or dark, although the choice to present the video or imagery seems like it. No angel or demon side, but more of a conflicted self or personality, intro vs extrovert, shy vs outgoing, homebody vs social butterfly, one who is afraid to make mistakes so to please the people around him vs someone who really does not care what others think.

Hi King Neu! Actually the song is not really negative but yes, it is dark. It is not about battling good and evil it's about battling oneself. And it is more of Pablo being afraid to letting his true colors or his alpha personality goes out because it may not be the one that the people likes. Since Pablo is part of SB19, people expect him to stick on his genre. La luna means Moon. La Luna is also a word play in tagalog it is "Lalo na" in meaning "Especially". In his lyrics, those who are not believers should hide now because the moon has started especially you.
