Very VALUABLE Video!! - Most DEFINITELY, It needs a SUBTITLE! - Embedded or burned SUBS within a Video are NOT editable. KZbin provided, and automated Subtitles are also VERY »BAD to translate. Due to many factors like: »no Punctuation, Pronunciation, mumbling, fast-talk, Audio/Sound etc..« ---» A »» SOLID, manually added SUBTITLE / TRANSCRIPTION-Text, on the other hand, would give this great Video even more depth. That way, MORE international viewers would/could join in - since they would/could translate to their native mother-tongue »the CORRECT way. ---» Subsequence (later) modifications (adjustments) can still be made, right!? So, WHY waiting? - Any chance of doing so? . Again, the displayed one within the Video is NOT editable! Hence: Very bad to translate. But since the Text exists already, just added it to this video.

It is so soothing it puts me straight to sleep every time no matter what. Very powerful and wise women also super knowledgeable but yet she knocks me out every time. It takes me days and almost weeks to finish. Not one person has been able to do that to me of course beside meditation it self

It's important for me to share that some people with complex post traumatic stress disorder can get retraumatized with meditation which does not result in the relaxed state spoke about by so many meditation teachers. There is trauma sensitive mindfulness for this purpose. So if you wonder why you can't meditate or life isn't getting better, try learning about trauma sensitive mindfulness practices. There is never an one size fits approach to anything. This is why Know thyself is the key. Get to know yourself and don't compare to others. We weren't meant to all be the same. What brings me peace may not bring you peace. Have fun with this adventure. Relax. Enjoy. Love

I've been traumatized by the adults in my life from birth. When I finally learned to sit with myself in meditation for 15 minutes, something happened. When I was able to sit for 30 minutes, a healing took place. Re-traumatized from meditation???? That's a new one for me.

Meditation is a quantity developed over time and not a practice or routine only certain forms of deep meditation require practicing. The mind is a constant flow of thoughts and to stop the constant flow of thoughts is meditation. Meditation is all about clearing the contents of the mind getting it to a state where the mind is free. That's how one can be their self, without meditation a person cannot be their self. Your true self never changes by being your self, there will be no fear, anxiety and stress etc. Because all those things arise from the mind. Meditation is a method used to be yourself and one with the source that create life... 🙏🇯🇲

Now that I have Matured and found being comfortable in myself accepting of the self spent alot of time alone over recent years working on the self. Inside. Intermediate fasting is important also, waking up in the morning and not breaking your fast for some time is important as well. Like waking up and holding your fast up until 10:30 a.m or eating only a or one meal a day for proper colon health. Mental health, digestive health, physical health and to help kill cancer cells in the body because cancer cells feeds more than our vital cells. So cancer cells won't be able to survive due to fasting. Liquid does not break your fast so you may consume liquid during your time of fasting. Whenever you start to feel weak which is a sign of you energy going down, that is the sign that you need to consume food right away...🙏🇯🇲

@barbaraboix8211 I used to eat way too much! But now after my daily practice of laying on acupressure mats for years now, it feels like accupressure is resetting me to its true natural state. So I slimmed down and lost my craving for all processed food or huge portions. I don't eat meat anymore even though I was very set carnivore before. I still struggle with fatigue, may I politely ask if you suggest good herbs for more energy. Thank you for sharing your wisdom and energy 🌟🦋
