Land possession acquired showing done on mutual basis before 32 years ago and confirmed by U.P. High Court on appeal. The signature was manufactured by opponent party in place of me. No FIR was made. Can I go before the court for criminal proceeding against the other party and add the fact for considering the fact in the cases

Knew about the incident but not so much in details. Super Cop late KPS Gill sir must had one too many to drink that fateful evening which consequently made him infamous - a single dark spot in his entire career. Otherwise he was a fearless, honest, responsible, dedicated and fully committed police officer who did not have a single parallel example to even compare with. I had and still have tremendous respect for him. Mistakes do happen and can happen by anyone. Even it happened in Ramayana and Mahabharata by Lord Ram and Shri Krishna. When you are born as a human you are bound to make mistakes but that doesn't take away the glory of late KPS Gill, India's only super cop who was never afraid to die for the good of Punjab. He is no more now'. Long live his spirit of fearless policing in the heart of the people of India for centuries to come🙏🙏🙏
