They are for sure my most favorite couple from a TV-show and u know why? They have so much dynamic in their relationship, they have their sweet moments but they also beat the shit out of eachother, which makes them fucking great. Although Mickey is pretty much a „bottom“ ( at least in this relationship), he doesn’t have that „typical bottom“ energy and same thing about Ian (other way around) imho. They are somehow both „equal“ in their relationship. That is not a typical sub dom relationship (unless maybe in sex), but they‘re Ian and Mickey. There are moments where Ian pins Mickey at the wall but also other way around and that‘s what I love about them, because you never know what happens next.
