I was severely traumatized years ago as a teenage, got diagnosed with OCD. Spent my whole life fighting OCD. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Not until my mom recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 6 years totally clean. Much respect to mother nature the great magic shrooms.

I want to become a mycologist because honestly mushrooms are the best form of medicine (most especially the psychedelic ones) There are so many people today used magic mushrooms to ween off of SSRI medication- its amazing! Years back i wrote an entire essay about psychedelics. they saved you from death buddy, lets be honest here.

Where can I find those psilocybin mushrooms? I'm really interested in treating my mental health without Rxs. I live in Australia don't know much about these. I'm so glad they helped you. My father had meningitis, doctors had originally diagnosed him with a ear infection. But one day, when my mom went to drop me and my sisters off at his house, he wasn’t answering the door, and after peeking though a window, found him unresponsive in his bed. So my mom called 911. When he went to the hospital, they told her if she hadn’t discovered him that day, he would’ve been dead by morning. They said he had about a 20% chance of survival, and was in a coma for 3 days before awakening. He made a full recovery for the most part, he still has some issues remembering things and his IQ has diminished slightly. But overall, he is alive and fully functioning! I am forever blessed that he is with us to this day. Hearing all these stories of people losing loved ones to this horrible disease breaks my heart, knowing I could’ve very easily been in yalls shoes. My heart goes out to you all and your families❤

So weird isn't it? This is someone's brain, everything they experienced, every memory they ever had. Anything they ever knew is right there. I wonder whose brain this belonged to. To be honest… id be scared to relive someone’s life through VR. All their ups and downs, strengths and weaknesses. Loves and hates. Etc. But not only that… but what about the boring parts a good 1/3-3/4 of your life is spent waiting so even if we had the technology to relive an entire lifetime in mere days to minutes. I would’ve spent what felt like a lifetime and half of it being sleep and waiting in lines/in cars, etc.

I find it ironic how a bacterial or viral infection takes over the hosts body, and left untreated, will in effect cause death to the host, which then will cause the virus or bacteria to die also when there are no more nutrients being provided from the host. In essence the bacteria or virus is trying to survive and multiply but is killing itself. This is an awesome channel btw!

My brother died of meningitis. He went to the doctor and was diagnosed with an ear infection and was sent home. That night he was found in his bed unresponsive with a fever of 106. He was rushed to the hospital but was already brain dead. The doctor who did the autopsy told my parents that he probably felt no pain because his brain was almost completely destroyed by the bacteria because it was so aggressive. He went from completely normal to brain dead in 24 hours. Edit: He was 7 years old and the doctor that diagnosed him with an ear infection did absolutely nothing wrong. His only symptoms were ear pain and a low grade fever. No stiff neck or red skin blotches or any other symptoms of meningitis. No doctor could have correctly diagnosed him at that point and even if they could it would have made no difference. It was just too aggressive.

Meningitis is a very serious condition, I previously had viral Meningitis, it is was very painful ordeal, especially it was hard move around and to move my head, as it gave me severe headaches, I was in the hospital for 2 weeks. And another 2 weeks to recover after leaving. It was draining on the body. Bacterial Meningitis is far worst than Viral or Fungal. I'm glad to recover. To understand if you have Meningitis is when you have symptoms of severe headaches repeatedly and it doesn't go away within 5 to 6 hours and it's difficult to move your head left or right which causes more pain. Please see a doctor!

I got meningitis a few years back and almost died. My brain went into survival mode, and there's things I did and said that I don't remember at all. My best friend who took me to the hospital told me everything. My brain is missing about 40 hours of time. 😭 That was the worst pain I've ever felt. My eyeballs felt like they were being squeezed out of my head. I couldn't put my chin down at all. My entire back and neck hurt to move an inch. I'm a pretty tough chick, but I cried and had been crying for days. To this day, 5 years later, I still have side effects.😢

Samw here. I got excruciating headache from the neck, my God I took all the pain killers but in vain. Day one passed. Second day after a sleelless night, headches persisted, now I started vomiting, fell on the floor, my friend came running asking what was wrong, I could not respond, she gave me my phone to call the ambulance, I could not remember my password, I tried, nothing. Finally they got the ambulance, reaching the entrance of the hospital, i uncomfortably started vomiting again, they rushed me for check up, I didn't know how to sit on the chair, I sat down, these nurses looked at me like I was crazy. They asked for my name, I remembered nothing, I searched for it in my head, I could not remember a thing. They said okay gave us your ID, I struggled to open the purse. It was madness

Meningitis is the worst pain I have ever been through in my life. And this is coming from an ARMY combat engineer. I was 16 when I came down with what I thought was the flu. My parents got me flu medicine and for a week straight my fever just got higher. I’d go from my bed to the guest bed to the couch just taking turn drenching them in sweat. My body was shaking uncontrollably. The head pain was unbearable. Day 7 I couldn’t get out of my bed or move my neck.I recorded a half conscious video saying goodbye to my family and friends at a fever of 105. I whole heartedly believed I was going to die. the pain in my head was 100x worse than a migraine and you Neck becomes paralyzed with tension and pain. It gives me chills just thinking about how bad it hurt. Well day 8 of being wrongly diagnosed with the flu I somehow gained enough painful energy to walk downstairs and see my dad. I wasnt able to even get words out to him, just the groans and crying of pain. He took me to the hospital and from there it turned into an episode of Greys Anatomy, All the doctors wearing full protection. Next thing I knew I was getting a spinal tap and soon after that getting transported to a different hospital via ambulance. The doctors made it very clear to me how lucky I was considering how long it had gone untreated. Some weeks later I was back at school and life moved on. However whenever I go to the doctor now and they ask me how bad it hurts on a scale of 1-10. Nothing will and has even come close to that 10 I endured.

My dads tough as hell and will avoid doctors and hospitals at all costs but this time, he got so bad that he begged my mom to take him. I’m glad he’s okay and made a full recovery. I have had meningitis as a child and my grandma saved my life. I could not move my chin to my chest and had a very high fever. My grandma knew if the neck is stiff, it’s meningitis. My uncle survived meningitis twice. The first time he was 11, and he hallucinated that the house was collapsing and his siblings had died. He needed emergency brain surgery. The cause of his meningitis was a fracture in his orbital bone but the doctors missed it the first time. Leading up to the infection he constantly had a runny nose which was actually CSF leaking from his head. Because the fracture was never fixed he got meningitis a second time as an adult and needed a bone graft from his knee to fix it.

Well, we're obviously much more than that. You are not your body, you are not your brain, you are not your electrical impulses that travel around your nerves or whatever. You are something entirely different, that isnt material, yet you are completely and entirely bound to your material pieces that you existence depends upon. We're more like a game of chess, we are not the wood of the figures or the board, we're not the paint, we're not even the kinetic energy of the forces that move our chess pieces around. We're the game itself, the abstract idea of it that follows the rules, that is not truly real and yet it absolutely is, because everywhere around the world, people are playing chess and that is a fact. The game must be more than just a wooden board and a bunch of figures, it must be more than the sum of its parts apparently and so are we. And when you start a game, the game pops into existence and when you put it back into the closet, the game goes into nothingness and even though the board and its pieces remain, it is no longer a game.
