Not gonna lie, i remember that in Infectonator 2, after infecting all cities you unlocked the Toge Productions headquarters where the reporter is as a boss, Sooo probably following that same logic whit Infectonator 3 she is just somewhere in the Oceania continent where the zombies hasnt reached there *yet* .

In the original infectonator you ended up infecting her if you killed everyone on the region she lives. You get a zombie costume and every news reports she says "My horde attacked X city" instead of "X city was attacked"

The Necronator did. Play Necronator (number 1 not 2) and at the end of the game you go into the portal and get sent to our world but lose all your powers/magic. Then after a 6 months gap it shows your character holding a glass vial with the infectonator symbol on. It was created by the same developers. So yeah, the Necronator created the Virus. Plus you used Zombies in Necronator so it also makes sense that he would use Zombies again. Just found this quote and Link to show you. "Prequel: Necronator is a prequel to the series.
