That ichigo does get the extra stock damage but only while he’s in the guilty gear burst mode thing. Minor distinction but it’s 30% not 25% health you become vulnerable at. But you can be hit by the kikon moves at other times too but we don’t know when. One place says it’s when you get guard broken but in one of the old gameplays the guy was on high health, full guard meter and still got caught twice so we got no clue. Not a fan of that one personally I think you should only be able to use them when the op is low health.
