I'm in a similar situation only 21 years younger. I watched 4 of the 5 infinite banking videos provided by Jamel and on 2 or 3 of them they've mentioned the book "Become your own banker". Start there to learn discipline and learn about the types of 90/10 mutually owned life insurance policies. That's what I'm doing.

What rider allows for the cash value to be borrowed against immediately?

The structure of the policy is the key facilitator and the way the policy is funded rather monthly quarterly or yearly. So you definitely need a PUA rider to send money directly towards the cash value.

From my understanding, you never have to pay the loan back, but your death benefit is reduced by whatever is owed. So I guess if you didn't pay it back it more affects your heirs.

If you keep taking 60k loans for income your interest for each year will keep growing even paying the interest every year cause the loan balance keeps growing .So wouldn't the interest eventually exceed the 60k income your disbursing in Jamels age example? Thanks appreciate your content.

Good question George so on that particular policy if Jamel would have taken out all the money he could in loans that was available against the cash value at the current interest on those loans his interest would have totaled $36,710.784 going into the 11th year when the account is credited $56,871. So the interest will never be able to exceed the cash value when it's pays off that once a year. Because the interest on the loan is 3.2% but the Total Dividend is 6.5% on that account. I hope this helps.

And I think I heard that most of these companies have not missed paying dividend in over 100 years! WOW. Loan = payments due. You say nothing about payments after you take the loan. It sounds like you get to take out loans and never pay them back. The order in which you present is misleading.

I'm sorry you got that impression. I've always said at the very least you need to make sure you pay the annual interest on the loan because it is only charged once a year and you don't want that to compound since its so cheap in comparison to what was borrowed. As for the Never paying the loan back is it possible to do that in a whole life policy yes it is possible because the debt would never exceed the death benefit as long as the interest is paid. The other thing is that Whole Life Policy Loans are unique in the fact that there is no repayment scheduled enforced on a person due to the collateral of the policy being your actual life therefore at death the intention is that your family would receive the difference of what was owed. Of course it is smart to pay the loans back because it just reopens the space you used similar to a Line of Credit. So if it helps only in Insurance Loans don't equal payments due because payments aren't enforced. I hope that adds clarity.

When you explain this Whole Life Policy ….. the reason WHY you don’t pay any taxes when borrowing or taking a LOAN against it …. is because it’s a Life Insurance Policy. Anything tied to a Life Insurance Policy you will NOT pay taxes.
