All India needed to do was to keep raiding and when Oto is pushing you, just base trade delete factories and just win becouse Inida had 80 vills while Oto was on 35

In the important battle he did not make the 6-7 siege elephants (made sowar...) he needed to counter the bombard and trying to destroy factories before.

I don't get why India tried to constantly fight blob against blob with the bombards. He could have tried spreading his units out more so he could at least touch the bombards and be less affected by the air and bounce damage no?

3 Skirmisher shipments (Urumi are hand skirmishers) in Fortress Age for India seems way too much. The guy just seems new to India, so has not edited their deck 🃏🎴🎴🎴🎴 through trial and error to make sense. There is barely also barely any late game payoffs in the deck for a late game strategy, especially with the Asian upgrade cards tending to be much better to make up for the lack of an Arsenal. An aggro India deck could easily have a better late game, especially as the aggro strategy for India has hardly any core cards. Also, the guy seems to not know Zamburaks get an attack multiplier versus artillery when upgraded to Disciplined. Which makes sense, as it is a very unintuitive feature. Wagner the Pet White Tiger's monastery unlock is really cheap, so it is probably just good. Especially for tanking,. Though it is a low investment/low reward kind of deal, which is unlikely to affect your overall game plan. I feel like every planned India strategy has them rush in the beginning, because of how low investment the rush is. Late game strategies included.

I do believe Howdahs have a multiplier versus siege, so instead of sowars he could've done those instead, and they also have some decent damage vs spahi and it all would've been diferent.

Sowars are really fast, so they have potential for raiding, timings, scouting, snaring and sieging (they are very slightly worse in siege attack/unit cost than a Hussar but their speed means they can get more attacks). They also have good upgrades in home city shipments. Though they are bad if used in the regular army. Their anti non-heavy infantry multiplier also seems a bit redundant with Mahout Lancers and Wagner the Pet White Tiger (and Axehilt the Tame Tiger) also being anti-skirmisher. Though it is an advantage over it not being there. The main advantage of Sowars though, I think, is that their home city cards also benefit Zamburaks, Rajputs, and Sepoys. So you can tech into them without sacrificing cards for other units.

Outposts can go in multiple locations- good to protect multiple interest areas like gold mines or hunts etc

@@lionheart9015 in theory if you had an British civ VS Ottoman Civ, whom is more likely to win if they are equally skilled players? I think the British stand a better chance of winning than India

@@MRGoldschneider I would say Brits and India about the same tier list wise. Otto is a tier ahead than both the civs. But in this MU brits can do well vs otto

I miss levelling up homecities, that was a core gameplay loop for me. When they just made everything available it felt like a slap in the face, as well as removing the benefit of working towards something
