Urza, Lord High Artificer + Shrieking Drake will also make infinite clues. If you have some way of untapping those clues, you can feed the mana from them into Urza to play your entire deck.

For budget combo, steelfin whale (or similar) + + ornithopter (or similar) + retraction helix (or banishing knack) gives you infinite clues. Infinite mana combos in simic that include a creature entering the battlefield also pair very well, as you'll get infinite mana and infinite draw.

I like using rampage of clans after I've made an uncomfortable amount of tokens. And if that's not enough I also have day of dragons to use after my centaurs are out. Tamiyos journal is an invaluable asset for this deck!
