The caber's taunt seems to be an unused bottle taunt. You can tell by the extra space around where demoman holds the caber.

The two strongest taunt kills (from personal experience) can't actually kill people. 1- the caber taunt: since everyone can agree it should kill people, gamers try to make it as if it did and kill bind 2- soldier tank taunt: whenever you shoot people Kill bind, I went on a 10-person killstreak while being in a taunt that does no damage :P

The caber taunt should do some melee damage or explode if you haven’t hit anything with the caber yet
