yeah the guy that made gravity hull designator also made a map with his svn that does clever stuff and it is actually infinite, the actual map is quite buggy though, it looks as if its fullbright, but its because the light has nothing to cast off. its not the best map for servers though as it tends to crash quite easily

I wonder if the idea would work for the sides of the map. Like if you try to go outside the area of the map, it would teleport you to the opposite side making seemingly limitless maps sizes. That would help greatly for plane builders
