Cool theory, I have theory of mine own. Young Etho is actually Etho junior! His mom is obbviously Chloe and that's why Etho junior is always with Chloe. Her reminds him of his mom because she is his mom but he can't see it because she looks younger. But I just don't know how he got his robotic part, I think ther was war and bomb dropped then he lost half of his body then he got robotic part just like his dad!
