Ah, yes! A combination between Super Mario World and Super Mario Bros 3! The backgrounds, the map graphics, the cave music and Mario's sprite are from Super Mario Bros 3, while the enemies, the blocks, the pipes, the ground texture, the music (overworld and castle) and everything else is from Super Mario World. Awesome combination! This game is what encouraged me to start playing the original Super Mario Bros 3 and Super Mario World games from Nintendo.

A bad point of this flash game, the enemies called Spiny, can't die when Mario drops his fire balls, Spinies dies when a rolling Empty Koopa Shell hit them.

The way this game generates infinite new Mario worlds and levels was too much for my little kid brain!

Same for mine. Everytime I cleared a whole world I always went like "WHEN WILL IT END GODDAMMIT". Because to me, "Infinite Mario" was just another generic title for another generic Mario Flash game, even as a kid, and I never saw it like what you just pointed out: INFINITE RANDOMLY GENERATED LEVELS.
