EDIT (!!): I have tried a few different scenarios now and it seems that the limit of unique items you can have is 250. So if you buy one more unique item on top of that you don't get the item, but the money for it instead!!

How do you get to that level to begin with? I dont have any decorations and very little money

I would recomend you to do the daily trendy jobs. Every day between 8am-5pm you can check your phone to see which jobs that are trending that specific day, and if you work at a trendy job you get payed 2000 bucks per assignement, while you only get 500 bucks per assignement on a job that's not trendy. And I usually manage to do 4 assignements between 8am-5pm which gives me 8000 bucks. And don't forget to collect the daily cashdrop of a 1000 bucks at the atm. I'm really enjoying your videos please keep making tutorials. I managed to grind out a penthouse and have 175 items placed. I wish there wasn't a limit. I'm tempted to try the click but I'm not sure how to check the unique item number?

@ I have 43 items in clutter that I can buy, I bought them all but still just added more instead of saying owned 0

I really wish there was a way to give away items so i could help you ❤️ I would do daily trendy jobs where you get 2000 bucks per assignment and buy the cheap items until i hit the 250 unique items. You need to have 250 different items (two or more of the same item will not count) and after that you will get money when you buy the next item (number 251), yes ❤️

You should hit the cap if you have 250 unique items in your catalogue. They doesn't count if they are placed inside a house.

@@MMMERCIFUL Unique items means that only one of each different item counts. So two or more of the exact same item still only counts as one. So you need 250 different items ❤️
